This is a complimentary consultation, but our time is limited and valuable. To ensure we can serve serious clients effectively: Rescheduling or Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. You can do so easily via the confirmation email or by contacting us directly. No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice without prior communication, your ability to book future complimentary consultations may be restricted. Subsequent consultations may require a €200 commitment fee (credited toward your project if you proceed). We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.
